Tool wall and tables

At the old shop, I had a couple tool walls up on the walls. Here, for some reason, I am reticent to drill into the brick. I don't know why. There are other wood workers in the building, and they all have their wood racks and things up. And yet.

So I decide to make some tables in the same style as the assembly table, but with big backings on them, to put tools on.

In retrospect I did not make these deep enough - they wobble, and it's annoying, but so it goes. I finally figured out how to get 8ft boards in my car, which was .. obvious, in hindsight.

Also, during this trip, someone was purchasing a large banana.

So this height probably would have been fine. But .. I have a lot of stuff. And so...

The grain on this plywood really weirded me out and I was happy to have it painted.

And then I do it all again, but in blue.
